  • Rooted Discipleship School: Application forms from successful applicants will be kept for up to 7 years to enable continued interaction and connection. Applicants can choose to opt out of this and request their information be deleted upon course completion.

  • Hosting God’s Presence Online: Registration details are retained for communication purposes. People can opt out of this by asking for their data to be removed once the course has finished.   

  • Mailing List: Data is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. Unsubscribing is available at the bottom of every email.

  • Ministry Events: Registration details are retained for communication purposes. People can opt out of this by asking for their data to be removed once the event has finished.

We collect personal information through:

  • Google Forms: For Rooted Discipleship School and enquiries sent through the Wendy Mann Equip website

  • Mailchimp: For newsletters and updates, allowing us to keep you informed about ministry resources and opportunities.

  • Website Interactions: Hosting God’s Presence Online applications, e-course purchases, as well as ministry event registrations.

  • Community Forums: Participation in online forums like WhatsApp or Discord is voluntary, and members can leave at any time.
